Executive City Travel Limited ("we") is the data controller for the personal information described here. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect and why

When a client books travel with us we collect the traveller's name, email address, telephone number, flight number and pickup and drop-off details. We use these to arrange and confirm the journey and to contact the traveller about it. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract.

If you send us an enquiry we use the details you give us to reply to you, and for nothing else.

We will only send a traveller information about optional additional services if they have asked us to, by giving their consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, from any message we send or from the link we provided.

How long we keep it

Personal details relating to a journey are deleted twelve months after the journey has taken place, unless we are required to keep a record for longer.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing. We use a small number of service providers to host the website, send email and, where a payment is made, to process that payment. They act on our instructions only.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on our contact page. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
